Brewing Guide
Pre-heat your tea vessel.
Measure a scant 1 tsp. of tea into a filter.
Pour 6 oz. of freshly boiled water over tea and steep for 3 minutes.
Strain, pour and enjoy! Be sure to compost spent tea leaves.

Warm, cozy and deliciously decadent, a Cara Mele Hot Toddy is perfect for when there’s a chill in the air. With every sip, you’ll feel your cares melt away. It’s best shared with someone special!
Warm an 8 oz. teapot.
Measure 3 tsp. of Cara Mela tea into a filter and place it in the pot.
Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and steep for 3 minutes.
Strain and pour into warmed mugs.
Stir in 2–4 demerara sugar cubes, or brown sugar.
Add 1–2 shots of butterscotch schnapps and 2 shots of cream.
Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a cinnamon stick.
