Baci Latte™
Baci Latte™
A kiss, like happiness, is best enjoyed when shared. Baci is Italian for “kiss,” and after one sip, you’re sure to fall in love with this blend. I combine exotic Madagascar vanilla pods, dark and sultry cocoa nibs, sweet marshmallow root and vibrant black tea to create an extravagant blend that’s reminiscent of dark roasted coffee. Velvety smooth and addictive, you’ll agree one kiss is never enough. Baci Latte™ is best enjoyed with someone you love, served sweetened with a generous splash of milk, hot or over ice.

Serving Suggestions
LISA’S BACI LATTE
This fragrant, full-bodied tea is perfect for making my favorite indulgence—a Baci Latte. Keep a batch of Baci Latte concentrate in the fridge, and you can enjoy a fabulous treat any time.
BACI LATTE CONCENTRATE
Warm a 1 liter heat-proof pitcher or teapot.
Place 5 to 6 TBS. Baci Latte tea in a large Teeli filter.
Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup raw cane sugar and stir to dissolve OR instead try drops of chocolate or vanilla stevia added just before serving. Chill and keep refrigerated, consume within 3 days. Makes 8 servings.
TO SERVE COLD
An iced Baci Latte is rich and refreshing—perfect for sipping on a sunny porch as a treat all by itself!
Pack a tall glass with ice. Stir together 4 oz. Baci Latté™ concentrate and 4 oz. organic cold whole milk, top with whipped cream and if you like, a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
TO SERVE HOT- as a "cafe latte" replacement
Brew 1 heaping TBS. tea in a heated heavy mug- filling only half-way with boiling water. Steep 5 mins. and remove, add sweetener to taste (I use 1 TBS. raw sugar or honey) OR pour in half a mug of Baci Latté™ concentrate, then add hot or steamed frothy milk to the mug. For a milk-free treat, try Vanilla flavored Coconut or Almond creamer ( do not add sugar to tea if using this). Garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate or a shake of cocoa powder. Ahhhh!
Food Pairing
The luscious combination of black tea, vanilla pods, and cocoa nibs makes Baci Latte a delight with sweet chocolatey treats like warm brownies, chocolate studded scones (peanut butter is my favorite) , banana muffins, or gooey chocolate chip cookies, warm from the oven.
